I will make this brief and quick as possible, being as I have already submitted a complaint through your customer service dept. That I'm sure has falling on deaf ears already. My wife and I opened our first bus. 2 years ago w / you folks and all went very smooth, great first impression. We returned to open our new business, and wow have you folks all but just given up on customer service. Let me first say that "YOU SUCK AT YOUR JOBS, AND YOU ALSO FAIL TO DELIVER ANY FORM OF CONCERN IN REGARDS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!! Yes I know that was very abrasive and I know it hurts but its for your own good, please read on. That being covered it only explains why I have had so many problems this time around. #1. Whoever typed up our business license made a mistake and put two dash's in between my first and last name. This was not noticed until about three days after I had returned the signed documents to you, then holding up the process while the "expedited situations dept." (ironic name) took a full four days to tell me it was "ok" with the dash's if I didn%u2019t mind them. Other wise I would have to have them draw up another one again resend it to me so I could re-sign it and send it back. Are you kidding me? #2 So we get past that, and I get this email stating everything is complete and congrats. And then I get this email stating, you have not completed your tax seller permit form, which I do know I did at the same time as paying for this service and registering for it. It then took three days for me to get a customer service person on the phone. Twice, two days I got a call back it rang once I picked up, answered and the person on the other end hung up. NOT ONCE TWICE! Do you see what I mean "you suck at doing your jobs". #3 When I finally do get another call back (after I called three days in a row leaving my number) on day three and voice my concerns to "Aaron" about how the service of Legal Zoom has declined and the service and problems I have had. Well he could not have given a crap less than he did, he actually sighed in boredom listening to me. And didn%u2019t even offer an apology, screw you or nothing else, he just wanted to get off that phone call and move on to the next person in line. Huh, again there it is the "failure to deliver any form of concern in regards to customer service". Sad thing is that "Aaron" is most likely next to be promoted there. I am still waiting a month and a half later for the completion of this phony bologna DBA. #4 I received an email today stating that they are in the process of finishing up my tax permit info, how the hell can they do that I have not submitted any new data to them since I was told it wasn%u2019t done by email. Now all of a sudden they have the info needed to finish it? Sounds like another dropped ball, sounds like you have a bunch of temps. Working down there. At this point I would have been weeks ahead of the game paying another $600 for a lawyer to draw it all up. The difference I paid I could have made up for in the profit lost from waiting for you guys to figure out how to finish a DBA. And no, absolutely not is there anyway in hell or heaven that i will ever spend another red cent with legal zoom!!! Thank you for a completely undesireable experience. Chalk this one up as one of the 100% completely unsatisfied customer experiences. P.S. I will be pasting and copying this letter anywhere I find an opportunity to leave a review in regards to Legal Zoom.
