Have been using the service for 2 yrs and we have to babysit them on a monthly basis. The bin is rarely picked up on schedule yet is always billed out as a pick up. Billing complaints have to be phoned in each month and the accts receivable dept has troubles with simple accounting I think. At $60 a month it is the worst and most unorganized service I could ever think of dealing with. How can a business be run like this?
