This company is probably the worst experience I have had in thirty years with a poor customer service set of problems. Either intentionally or through some unbelievable amount of negligence, this company finds ways to re-charge, lose and increase bills to a point where almost nobody can figure it out or pay. I'm not sure what is going on, but I can tell you that you will not get fair billing or any kind of customer service when you address the issue later. Do NOT use Waste Management. Use your local service.
