My trash service (residential) was suspended by Waste Management for non payment. Actually, I intended to pay (fall quarter - Oct Nov Dec), but, before I could pay they suspended my service. I understand that as per Verizon, electric bill, etc, if you don't pay your bill, you get service turned off. However, WM has been sending me NEW bills (plus the late one) for service that I NEVER RECEIVED - since I was suspended! I contacted them and all I got was a bunch of BS - "It is our policy to keep billing you!" I don't remember signing any contract with them. I CANNOT be the only one with this problem! Class action lawsuit?
