On both Feb 17 and January 18, this 'Broker' Mark Carnes was on my house answering machine making a note to get a person not only at that quantity to come back the phone call. I named the 800-number Broker Carnes quit many times simply to obtain a saving 'UBC, please remain on point, etc.' the usage of the term 'Broker' in his concept is just a distinct and immediate breach of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), because it suggests he's having a police force organization, although as it happens he's a phone bill collector.
Grievances have already been submitted using the Ohio Attorneygeneral, the Federal Trade Commission and also the National Collector's Affiliation in Minneapolis, MN concerning this FDCPA violation. May revise this statement when these events recommend of any motion they've drawn in this issue.
