I was forced to sign my parental rights over to my daughter after 22 months, although I was currently in a in patient program and had spent over 1 year in a mother child program and passed a 6 month hair follicle drug test, but was refused to have consistent visits and was not given my child back because the Judge did not like the accredited program I was residing at, this an extremely long story and if anyone if interested or able to help me in any way please contact me at [email protected]. I was clean but because of the facility I chose to attend, I lost my rights I was threatened to not be able to see my daughter for a year and yes I know they say, you cant be punished for not signing, but I refused to sign my visitation over to my 4 month old daughter and was thrown in jail for 6 months, so really me against the goverment... they can do what ever they want.
