The mother of the child lived in a long term facility and was clean from drugs for 18 months. Family Court of Suffolk County (this is another very long story) terminated her rights because they claimed that a hair follicle test came back positive (even though prior ones-2- did and when she paid a private forensic doctor-it came back negative) terminated her rights AND would not let her lawyer even bring this up at the hearing. So - the father - who refused to take the hair follicle test - still has visitation and in addition he was arrested on a weapons charge and is still to this date-march 1st 2012 still seeing him!!! Unbeleivable!!!
