Very primitive way of doing business - Bed

I am really disappointed. On the Thanksgiving Weekend it was posted online that my bed would come with a free mattress. The sales person told me it would come with a free mattress AND the Cyber Monday 10% discount over the phone. He told me the mattress would probably be made of memory foam, but he wouldn't be sure. My bed was delivered without mattress! I called in and they told me all over sudden that it was either mattress OR 10 % off and I had gotten the 10% off. The sales person apologized many times, because he informed me wrong over the phone. He asked his manager if they could do something about this mistake, but his manager obviously does not care at all. After he had spoken with him, he just repeated: "it was either or" and: "I am very sorry"! I just can't hear the words "I am sorry" anymore. As if this would cancel their MISTAKE. With a "I am so sorry" I can't give my daughter the promised mattress! How cheap is that? You decide if you trust such people.
