Recently I purchased a mattress from greenmattresses.com. I live in southern Florida where it gets hot and sticky. I was worried about a foam mattress getting hot because everything I've heard about memory foam. I told the salesperson at greenmattresses.com about my concern and he assured me that latex was completely different from memory foam and that it would actually help me stay cooler. I was skeptical, but since it was a natural product I gave it a shot. WOW! What a mattress! Not only does it not get hot and keep me cool, it is the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned.
