Numerous times the Walmart @ Victoria, Tx. Fail to have our scripts ready on time when we call them in. They even gave me 30pills and charged me for 90pilla, so I had to return to get the rest of the pills and after I informed them of their error. I also made three trips to get my husbands medication (I had called in three days ahead), they were out of the med twice and gave us only 3 pills two of the trips and never bothered to call us and tell us to save us the trip. Never a sorry until after I complained on the third trip and they bothered to research it and the supplier was out. Yes another trip and it was a new generic pill, suppose to be cheaper, wow a whole 10 dollar savings. Not enough savings to cover our cost for all the extra trips. One pill my husband takes he takes twice a day its a generic and they charged and extra $10.00 because he takes it twice a day and no other Wal. Ever charged us extra. Yes they are very slow, unfriendly and rude to top it off. I really never have seen such unhappy employees. (Must be the problem). We are researching purchasing our meds else where. We found one we pay $143.00 30 pills we can get it for alot lot less 100 pills for $79.00. Soon to say good bye to Walmart, really don't like any thing much about Walmart. The store in Durango, Co. Is a trash spreader over the place and does't care about our enviroment.
