They don’t honor their promises

I requested logo from fastfreelogo.com and based on their plan I'd a choice of having my money-back in thirty days because I’ve obtained my emblem. I wasn’t very happy and so I requested for reimbursement, by which I had been declined saying that they’ve delivered me several design. They don’t recognize their guarantees.
