Decided to try this site out due to the "risk-free" evaluation period. They promise to design 2 logos and allow you to evaluate (at no charge) for 30 days.
What really happened was that I was charged up front the entire fee. The designer ignored many of my stipulations, and it looked like they just added a clip art image to some letters.
After several revisions, and requests for a full refund, I filed a dispute with paypal for the funds this company charged my credit card. I am still without a refund, but they did have the nerve to ask that I cancel my dispute with paypal. HA!
I'm going to blast my legitimate complaint to every site I can come across.
So in conclusion two things:
1. This company's designers aren't qualified to create reasonable logos
2. This company's sole intention is to charge your credit card and dodge the flack associated with a snatch and grab.
