Exoto 1/18 size car versions rip off Canadian customers. I've been composing and contacting them to obtain a reimbursement to get a faulty design for over annually. They keep slowing so today I can't obtain a reimbursement in the charge card organization as an excessive amount of time has passed.
I've provided them with all files plus they keep slowing.
The design I requested arrived delivered by UPS. It arrived COD for additional costs I'd not decided to, and so I declined shipping and advantages has delivered the item towards the vendor.
They acknowledge receipt of the return and guaranteed a fast reimbursement to my Credit consideration. I've talked for them after every of my Credit claims came plus they guaranteed the credit could be on my next record. It has been happening since last August. I-phone them, they make guarantees but nonetheless no credit.
