I requested some packages totalling £175 about 3 months before. After not reading a term I began to pursue up the purchase following a handful of months. After about 6 telephone calls and being informed I'd be named (I had beennot called back at-all) I then found out that areas of the package might consider almost 2 weeks to become available. A week ago I subsequently terminated my purchase and was informed the reimbursement might consider 48-hours to become in my bill. Reduced and see it's per week later with no indication of the return. Nowadays I eventually got through about the telephone before 5pm, and that I was requested to put on on as the lady went down to discover some specifics. I had been left on-hold for almost 40 units, obviously she did not wish to face me since it was a reimbursement & most probably clocked down, making me waiting about the telephone! I have needed to obtain the lender included to change the cost and obtain my money-back this way.
Definitely stunning customer support out of this lot.By mail, they're unhelpful, dismissive and patronizing, and about the telephone they're merely ineffective! Please AVOID NO MATTER WHAT
