Was named and provided an assurance to market our timeshare within six months or we'd obtain a return. We settled $1295 on the charge card. 6-month passed and we obtained 2 presents which equally mail details were phony plus they had no telephone numbers. I named in and requested for aid on both events and was informed this occurs and simply watch for a different one. I sent 3 days following the agreement ended and requested for that reimbursement. Subsequently named per week later to confirm they got my mail. I had been informed they'd it but to call-back in per week. I called back as informed after which was informed I had a need to send a notice for them but wasn't too late. I had a need to do that inside a week of termination. I subsequently produced out my mail and sent it for them. Named back and was informed that today they'd not provide me my reimbursement since I had a need to deliver them a professional notice inside the week of termination. Then I called back and got another tale from someone else declaring that I'd 2 presents and that was sensible quantity so they really wouldn't return due to that! I told him concerning the phony emails and was informed which was not their issue. I dropped so foolish!
