I requested what I believed was a legit company along side services and products for that WOW Cellular support which had unlimited texting, information and so forth. I suppose it had been TOO-GOOD to become accurate. After 3 months of not getting any items/servcies in the organization I named the amount shown. The amount JUST includes a pre recorded speech that claims you've to deliver them an email for their customer support office. What legit company does not have an individual you are able to keep in touch with? And so I delivered an email and informed them I'd not obtained any items/providers and needed a return. They explained I REALLY COULD NOT get a return. I subsequently informed them again that I've not recevied something in the organization and desired my whole price back from their website. Then they delivered back an email stating they'd forward this for their sales office. Used to donot noticed back from anybody. I've since approached the BBB, my lender and a lawyer looking to get my cash back. This appears to be a fraud along with a not so trusted copany that's producing nonsense statements about their services and products which no body has actually noticed yet.
