I went through the process like everyone else.
I send everything back and ask for my money back and is still waiting for it. Her is a few e mail between me and them.

Upon completion of the inspection and the issuance of the company refund check, you will then be notified via e-mail accordingly. It has been TWO MONTHS since you received the package, surely it cannot take so long to inspect te package, would you please refund me as soon as possible, you said you will refund me 30 days after inspection.
As per your e-mail I've been watching for my refund and no money is in my account today, could you be more specific on a date when the money will be in, this would safe my time having to e-mail you each week.
