I stupidly requested an item from an unfamiliar (in my experience) site resource: Mercantilia. The merchandise was a chefis stand — price $108.99. I purchased them via PayPal on Jan. 26. The shipping day in those days was of a week. I waited — and rechecked the order status. The shipping day have been transformed with a time in May. I named the client support division on Feb. 12. Site says its "Customer Support Group" can be obtained by telephone in those days. Um, really the sales team can there be — I really could have bought anything, but no body was there to answer inquiries of a formerly created acquisitions A "solution" was exposed. I called again on that Friday. I had been informed that — first — the purchase needed to be cancelled in the factory (the factory had until May to become informed the purchase was terminated.) I had been advised I'd get a reimbursement within 5 to 10 business days. Actually, I had been informed I had been to get a reimbursement last Friday (February. 13). I'm still waiting. I called again today. Viewing all of the grievances about that organization makes me believe I'll not get a return. Easily do get a reimbursement, I'll publish another remark. Easily don't get a reimbursement, I'll publish another remark, contact the Greater Business Office, individuals at PayPal, and anybody who'll hear. Don't handle this store. I've discovered my training — Amazon is where I often do my online shopping. I'll never invest money online again without studying the organization completely. Please — study from my mistake. Be cautious purchasing points on the web. I ought to have known better. Obviously, they ought to have supplied the merchandise or perhaps a reimbursement on the regular basis. Stay tuned.
