They have you order once and then hook you up to a fee of $19.95 which is "another company" you have to call. So, you waste you time calling the first company to stop the shipments and then continue to get charged from this other company which they did not tell you about previously.
They must know they are getting in trouble because they hung up on me when I told them I was recording this conversation to review with my attorney since all this had taken so much time and nasty customer service.
I guess we have Clinton's WTO to thank for all this abuse from outside countries, since none of the customers service help spoke much English.
