Rip-off! Fraudulent extended warranty on electric products

I bought a extended warranty for my computer, i took my computer for repair, they checked my warranty and they said everythingh was ok. 3 weeks later they call me to tell me that my warranty was cancelled, that they refound some money that i never got, besides i never cancelled my computer warranty.
