I found a 9.95 charge on my checking account, debited through my Visa check card number. They got my information from www.myfico.com, but I did not authorize any charges other than the credit reports I ordered. I called simple escapes and told them to return th money to my account. They said they would within 2 business days. Well, I will be going to my bank to fill out the necessary paper work, because my money was not returned. I hope these 455holes don't try to charge me every month.
I remember a popup will on MYfico and it was an offer for myfico customers. Fill out a survey and recieve a small giftcard at home depot or somewhere. I have never recieved anything from this company and according to Judy at Simple Escapes, I had 30 days to cancel the "membership". I never saw anything about a subsription service or authorizing them access to my account.
