Will not honor there warranty Internet

Do not buy this junk!!!

I bought an ACER notebook and an extended 2yr warranty. One year and two months after I bought it the LCD screen went. I sent it back for repairs and this is the response I got

There is a small melted spot on the computer case from a table lamp. They told me this had NOTHING to do w / the LCD failing.in there warranty it stated that they must repair everything that is wrong w / the computer and not partial repair or not just what is in warranty. Since the spot on the case it not in warranty they can not replace the LCD and it will cost me $700. (MORE THEN THE COMPUTER COST).

So to put it in terms of a car. If your engine goes and there is a scratch on the bumper then they cant repair the engine because of the scratch on the bumper. WHAT HORSE S*T

This company is a rip off!!
