I ordered my Laser toner refill kit using my Visa (account was charged within 24 hours) I received 2 receipts stating that they would send an email when shipped. (web says usually 24 hours) After A week I called to get a voicemail that was full and sent many emails even including the FTC '30day' reg. No replies no calls and NO product. I obviously dont recommend them or any of their alias's.
