No customer support except by email. Vendor refused to return my call requesting discussion of why my Canon 128 cartridge would not print after following all refill instructions. The bottom line is do not attempt to refill this cartridge. It's not worth the risk of things going wrong in the process. My guess is that my cartridge would not print properly because of contamination resulting from creating a refill access hole with a hot iron tool.
