I purchased a toner cartridge and fuser assembly for my HP color laser printer. The fuser worked fine but the cartridge gave me a 10.000 error and simply will not work. I have called in twice and asked for a replacement and they told me they would send me a "chip". I was told to fill out the online RMA form. I have done that twice and I have also sent two emails to the sales@colortonerexpert email and cannot get a response. I have a toner cartridge (they aren't exactly cheap) that is worthless as the "chip" on it is reading "empty" even though it is full.
