I joined classmates last month and was happy until I found a charge for simpleescapes on my bank statement. I called SE and they said I signed up through classmates. I never received anything from this company. I told them I didn't authorize any thing and to cancel my membership. I hope they cancel my membership.
I cancelled my gold membership with classmates and sent them an e-mail of my complaint. I searched their site and it said that they (SE) were an extended service to our membership and that we need to contact Simpleescapes. So I did.
I contacted my bank by email telling them what the problem was. Now all I have to do is wait to see what happens. I hope I don't get anymore charges. I had to report my debit card stolen.
