I reported this company before. The company recontacted me and claimed they don't scam people and that they want to fix the situation. They said they need me to sign an agreement stating that I won't write "Bad" reviews on them and that they will refund me as soon as I do so. They claimed the refund will take place within 24 hours. After I signed the paper and returned it, the expected happened. They start giving excuses on how they cannot wire transfer from India! I told them that's not possible because we get wire transfer from India all the time. But to move on, I told them to send it to refund me by the same method I paid (PayPal). They said because it was long ago, there is no refund button. I asked them to send it by PayPal, they claimed PayPal doesn't send to my account for some reason and that they need to pay by credit card. I setup an account where they can pay by credit card, and of course, that was the end of their excuses so they just stop responding as usual.
