I purchased a 3 axis cnc controller on ebay and paid with paypal. The seller kept coming up with excuses why the item was not received. They know the paypal and ebay policies (45 days max for refund) and come up with excuses until the expiry date. They tell you they will pay you back da, da da. Then they ask for your paypal account so they can give you a refund. Isn't the idea of paypal so no one has acess to your info. Paypal and Ebay both wipe their hands clean and its business as usual for them. After all what did they do wrong they are victims in this too I suppose. They are impossible to contact, their cookie cutter telephone answering service avoids any problems for them, so they are in essence part of the scam. They got paid for services I did not receive.
