Todaysconcepts is the worst online company. I ordered a eighty dollar blender from these people on Dec 12 as a christmas gift. I keep getting emails from them stating they are sorry it has not shipped yet. Fnally I contacted them, told them to please send the item or refund my money. Only problem is I paid using a paypal debit card. My paypal was hijacked. Paypal was not a big help. (that is another story). So I shut down my paypal/debit card account. For my security. I asked them to please refund my check or store credit.
I get a email stating they refunded my credit card. WHen I question them they say they never had the blender to begin with it is out of stock. Again I tell them That credit card is no longer in use. I called paypal and they never received payment and asked me to tell the company not to send funds to a non active paypal account.
Anyway $80 something dollars is up in limbo. Plus they won't refund the shipping cost. When I never got the item to begin with.
Never ever buy anything from these people. You would be safer buying on ebay and that is sad.
