Kate Green Company lied about their integrity to deliver my product

On September 6 I made a purchase with this company for an Apple iPad 3 Wi-Fi 4G/64GB. I wired this company a total of $484.00 USD. ($325 for the purchase and $159 for a tariff fee). I sent the money and I was told they were shipping out my iPad at 3:00 P.M. And I would receive it within 3-5 business days. I was also told I would be receiving my tracking number as well.

And our staffs have inspected the packing list.infact, all formalities they have handed in are all professional and clear, butaccording to the new regulation, we have to charge 159USD for additionalexporting tax.

They asked 159 USD for the additional tax as penalty becauseyour price is lower 20% than China market. According to the new regulation, youneed pay for 159 USD to clear custom as soon as possible in order to ensure youthat you will receive your items in this week.

I asked them on that same date when would they be sending me the money and they sent back an email informing me that they would send it to me at the end of October. I asked for a specific date but to no avail they would not respond.

My email on October 17: Hello, This is Kebin Carr. I have not heard anything from you since October 7th. Can you please tell me when will you refund $484.00 USD to me? I didn't think itwould take this long to send the money through Western Union. Please let me knowif you can wire the money to me today. Thanks for your time and help in thismatter. Look forward to hearing from you.

My email to hotefirm on October 30: Hello Kate or Whomever I'm doing business with, My name is Kebin Carr and it is the end of the month. I've sent severalemails to you since you sent your last email on October 8 letting me knowthat your firm will refund the $484.00USD and I've gotten no reply from yousince.

Please let me know today when you will refund the money to me. Onceagain, when you ask me to pay for the merchandise I immediately sent you themoney. I should get the same respect from you. Thank you for your time and help in this matter.

It has been almost 2 months since I started this transaction with hotefirm and have not received my money from this company. Can you please help me? It will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
