I purchased Incredimail Bundle in nov. 22 2002. I was not able to use it for awhile due to not having a pop 3 server. When I was able to use it, I went to thier site and down loaded the program again, And also to down load the letters, animations, notefiers, ect... That I had already purchased! And many of the were now contained in incredimail Gold. And they wanted another $60.00 to get them. I contacted the company and they said that the best the could do was to give me $10.00 off of the gold upgrade. I asked them why I should pay $ for what $50.00 I had alredy paid for. I also told the that I was going to file a complaint on this site if the did not reconsider. And do the right thing and just give me the Items I paid for (mostly I wanted the purple snail notefier) As it was my favorite:- (
But Im not willing to pay 50 bucks for it. Im still going to DOG them on this thing because right is right and wrong is wrong and they are in the wrong. I still have hope that when they read this they will do the right thing LOL!
