Amazing ripoff!

I, too, am a victim of incredimail. Everything I have read in this forum I also experienced with these bozo's. I used the free incredimail for months. Really liked it. Decided to go ahead and purchase the gold package which included the junk filter and all kinds of cute icons... The reason for the purchase was to get rid of the advertisement they include with the free incredimail package... About one month after I purchased it, they had the "free upgrade", which, as everyone who has left a complaint on them noted, meant a free DOWN GRADE. After writing to complain numourous times, I, too, received the same ridiculous letter over and over again offering me a discount on the amazing new junk filter program. I simply told them I would never be purchasing another thing from them and added them to my blocked senders list.

But it got worse than that... I didn't read this in anyone else's complaints so I feel I should bring it up, as a warning... I have NO idea why this was happening. I TRIED to get help from incredimail (the biggest joke of all)..

I have a website where I receive payments through paypal... All was well, system worked great, no problems. I received my notices that I had a payment waiting for me in paypal and what the payment was for... But suddenly, after the "free upgrade", my paypal letters started dissapearing from my email account. Nothing else was missing, just my paypal payment notifications.

I started moving them to a special file just for them, with some inconspicuous title for the file... Silly me! They still kept dissapearing... This went on for over a week. As I mentioned, I tried and tried to get help from incredimail. All I got was letters telling me there must be a problem with my computer... Funny how nothing else dissapeared from my computer, only paypal notifications from my incredimail email program!

Needless to say, I got rid of incredimail and have never had the problem again... I'm no computer expert and maybe there was a technical reason why this happened... But still... Makes you go hmmmmmmmmmm... Only paypal payment notifications dissapeared... interesting!

This is one humoungous ripoff company, that's for sure!
