Rip-off! Demeaning to customers, deception practices solving music downloads

I tried to download a song from MSN which failed to download. I went to MSN customer support where I was transferred to technical support as if my pc was to blame for the foul up. I believe this to be a deceptive practice used by Microsoft to pressure customers into buying their new Microsoft Media software.

It's a cheap shot by MS to hang you up in technical support endlessly; reconfiguring your computer so that it doesn't work right. Then they tell you about their latest creation or newest monster product. This type of exercise drives me crazy. I refuse to buy another song from microsoft. Microsoft has ruined the music business by taking a chance at landing another MS Media buyer.

I don't approve of Microsoft's anti-american manuers being presented as a means of doing business on the net, or their monopolizing - pressuring tactics nor their dirty under handed cheap tricks to gain new business.

As the world leader in corporate enterprise Microsft has tainted and forever tarnished big business everywhere. Microsoft must be made to stop acting like a spoiled one man show with so much money that it's ruin the world of net commerce for everyone. Blend in, fall-in I don't care how you do it, just stop ripping me off! Other store sites at ebay have already followed MS's lead becoming the most difficult stores to do business with as their feedback suggests.

Microsoft is exploiting bad business behavior and practices on their own be-half.
