I have just purchased the Microsoft wedge touch mouse, and very expensive it was. If you buy a cheap usb Microsoft mouse it comes with all of the drivers on a disk. With the wedge, the computer automatically (without any permission) contacts Microsoft and has to download the drivers. Then to add insult to injury the supplied battery didn't work because of corrosion to the positive terminal. Microsoft don't allow a customer to e-mail a complaint and neither do they allow a complaining person to get past their switchboard. All they can offer is someone will 'phone you back and guess what - no one has! The press suggests Microsoft want to build up their hardware sales. They do not deserve to succeed at this rate.
