I bought a panasonic dvd DMR-E50 9 months ago from dell. I watched 3 movies, then it kept saying goo-bye. Then error, then pixels. I call dell, and never recieved any email back. When another week went by, the 30 days was up. How convenient. Sine then, countless emails to dell, and to panasonic telling these people the machine is a defective one and am paying thru the nose for the dvd and the outrageous finance charge. The only reply i have recieved, is from dell telling me there is NOTHING THEY can do.in all the months trying get even a response from panasonic, is futile. I have and will tell all about the unfair business tactics these 2 companies are doing to the public.
Years ago, panasonic stood behind their products. Now you can't even get a live person on the phone, let alone response from email. 2 days ago, i sent email to dell, telling what bad and almost illegal practices they choose to use.
Now i will refuse payment to these people, and doing so, will wreck my credit. So be it, as now is principle of thing. Lets see how fast they respond when no payments. Sorry how these companies cannot be held responsible for their tatics.
