Clickbank or CLKBANK.com I provided all the credit card information necessary to access public records and received a subsequent form for an additional amount. Was not able to access any of the records that I paid for

I was trying to find information on public records. Found the website publicrecordscheck.com and read thoroughly through the services. Wanted a basic package with one upgrade feature to access criminal records. Paid with my credit card for this package. Received an email verification. When using the member login to access what I had paid for was not allowed into anything. On the first attempt was forwarded to an additional cost of 2.95. I didn't access anything on several attempts. Could not reach any customer service personnel. I am planning on contacting the credit card used tomorrow to file a complaint and stop payment.
