AquariumsDirect (a Netshops company) claimed my aquarium stand was in stock.
And that it would ship in four business days. That was all lies. After that point, I don't even know the truth. Once they told me that there was unexpected demand. (Despite that, the website still claims the product is in-stock). Then they told me the product was damaged. Numerous times they told me they had to check with the "supplier". They gave an alternate delivery date. When that came and went, I asked to cancel the order. They replied by saying that my order shipped. However, it "shipped" with a completely bogus tracking number. I called the shipping company and they said Netshops hasn't called them. They only claimed it "shipped" so that I wouldn't be able to cancel. It's not clear to me if I'll ever get my money back or my product.
