Fraudulent Billing for International UK Calls NEVER Aware of

The company address listed on the back of the bill is another PO Box located in Bedford, New Hampshire.

I received a bill from this company dated 10/01/04 in the amount of $165.00. When I phoned the company for information I was received no answer, and emailed the company via their website with no response as well.
I looked the company up online and found that many other people have had the same thing happen to them, with no idea as to how or why.

I do not intend to pay this amount owed.

I discovered a webdialer that had been installed on my computer prior to receiving this billing, and was unable to delete the function that I had never installed or agreed to. I reset my computer to the last update setting and to the best of my knowledge, no longer have the application, but have now received a bill.

The bill claims that if I do not pay by 10/25/04, that I will immediately be reported to a collections agency.
