I received a bill from the above company (Oneweb Direct Bill) alleging that I viewed a movie on 9/18/04 at 1:33 am, for 19 minutes.
I did not agree to any terms of using such web site. Also, I did not agree to downlode any movie. The company deliberately downloded this movie on my computer without any agreement or term of charge and consent and then charged me a bill fot the same.
I am not willing to pay this bill when I did not view such material. My home is a christain home and we wondered how this material showed up on your computer, which we immediately deleted.
The account No. 585279021116/invoice: #286819. This sort of conduct needs to addressed and comsumers should not have to worry about be charged service that they don't want to use.
