I have been a victim of this company. Simply put I paid for an item, and have not recieved it. When I investigated the companie's feedback I found that in the last month there are over 500 negative transactions.in the last year there are nearly 6000 negative transactions. While I didn't have the opportunity to read all 600 accounts, I did notice a trend that followed suit with my problem, "Paid but didn't recieve. Unable to contact the company through email or telephone."
