Eharmony.com Ripoff kept full refund 49.95 send only 4.95

I wanted to see how the site worked in order to they wanted a sbscription. I chose 49.95 one month to be refuned if i was not interested. Cancel by 10/01/04. I called 09/16/04 and spoke to a represenative for the company she told me my money would go back into my account. Confirmation #2658216. I e maid 09/30/04 to find out wht i haven't received my money they e mailed me i was approve for 4.95 i want my entire deposit back please help
