I was sent an e-mail from eharmony to receive a 30 day free trial and i could review possible dates. Well no communication was permitted with any of the candidates. They kept pushing becoming a member. So i tried to find out how to do that. When i saw the fees i immediately tried to cancel any further action. My free time was cancelled and my account was charged. I called to cancel but they would not. I told them i was still on the free trial but that did not matter. This caused an overdraft on my bank account. They insist i still had to pay eharmony. I never heard of not being able to cancel a service i had not wanted or used. Eharmony is not an honest company.
