Awful customer service and horrible products!

I recently (4 weeks ago) bought a new HP Pavilion a610n desktop PC from Walmart for $680. I figure it was a great price for the PC, it had great specifications. Needless to say I was totally wrong.

Just after 4 weeks, the PC crashed. First it was the power supply, I thought those were suppose to last like 3-4 years? So I call their technical support and they sent me a new power supply and everything seems fine. I was once again wrong because now the motherboard is fried. Call them up again and they said they will send the motherboard and also a technician will stop by to replace the motherboard for me. They charge me $30 for the in-home technician service which was fine.

On the schedule day the technician NEVER showed up nor did he call to let me know if he was late or can't make it. I took off a day from work which was a complete waste of my time. I call them up again, and they say there is nothing they can do about it because they don't have the number to the technician department so all I can do is wait for the phone call. It has been exactly 8 days of waiting now and I still haven't heard anything. I just called them again and got the same response. "All I can do is sit and wait for the damn technician to call."

Will someone please tell me what kind of customer service is this? I have spent almost two weeks trying to fix this PC and must of called HP at least 20 times and they have yet to resolve my issue. First of all this is a brand new computer, it shouldn't even have any of these problems. Then the customer service is just horrible! Absolutely horrible! Then they have the guts to email me an evaluation form? HP sucks! I will never ever buy another HP product ever again and I will never let anyone else I know purchase it either. A coworker told me to report them to this site and I have never done such a thing but this time I just have to because it is the worst experience I have ever dealt with before.
