Poor Customer Service

I had been without TV for a week, and when I called Dish to set up a time to have a technician out, they made it 2 days after I had made the call. A technician was suppose to be out between 8am and 12pm to fix our satellite, and they never showed up. I called at 12,1 and then 1:30. Each time they told me the tech was either in route, or at my house. Which was far from possible. I told them I was extremely upset with the customer service and that I wanted to know where my technician was the, the third time I called. The answer I got was "He's out of cell phone range so we're unable to get ahold of him at this time" I had to go into work late, because Dish Network failed to send me a tech that had a 4 hour time frame to be at my house. I cannot believe the customer service, and now I have to wait even longer until we get TV. Absolutely absurd.
