I purchessed a one year subscription in the amount of $140.00 on nov. 11. I have been unable to login to site for some time. I only get ignored when i ask for help

I purchased a one year sub. On 11for online guitar lessens from next level guitar in the amount of $140.00 i am and have been unable to login to nextlevelguitar.com for quite some time. I contacted them several times but am ignored it has been a constant hassle. After many attempts to contact them i am at a loss as to what to do.
