Steven A. Levi - EBay ID Dutypaid Auction won and paid for on 8/8/04. Never received Camera. Now listed as "Not registered user" RIPOFF

I bid and won a Dutch auction on ebay on August 8.

Nikon Coolpix 3100 Digital Camera 144mb NIMH Kit (Item #3832213900). The item was paid for with PayPal.

I had correspondence on 2 occasions 9/1 and 9/10, both times being assured delivery of the camera. On 9/16, I discovered that his online store, Duty Free Digital eBay Store has been closed and he is Not a registered user.

He has failed to respond to my messages since 9/16.
