Purchased camera from ebay user 'dutyfree' on August 9. Camera was never shipped. After multiple phone calls and emails, I have discovered Steven Levi has filed bankruptcy per message left on voicemail @ 212-769-9027 (which will be disconnected on Oct. 11th)
Pay Pal will not refund my money because it was 15 days past date of purchase deadline. Even though I contacted PayPal after the seller told me to be patient and wait for the shipment to arrive. Pay Pal is AS BIG a thief as Steven Levi!
Purchasers who use EBAY and Pay Pal are under the impression they are protected from Fraud and Theft. This however, is not the case because most purchases on Ebay are not even mailed before the deadline to refund your money with Pay Pal is up.
Currently working with credit card company to receive my $218.00.
