On September 6, I won an ebay auction for Item number: 3837922383, a Fuji 3800 Digital Camera NIMH Kit 6x Zoom. I paid almost immediately with PayPal.
I followed the instructions which said it would take 15 days to deliver. After the 15 days came and went with no camera, I went back to check and found out that the seller had been "suspended" and that there was no further information about the auction. I called and emailed and got no response. Finally an email indicating that the seller was filing for bankruptcy and no one would be receiving a refund or merchandise.
I have complained to ebay and paypal whom say nothing can be done. I have also reported it to the internet fraud site.
