I saw a camera on ebay up for auction. I placed a bid on the camera. On august 29th, myself and another woman won the camera (there were two available). I sent my payment on september 3rd. I waited a couple of weeks like steven requested, and began to get impatient.
Steven levi had charged myself and the other woman two different prices for the cameras. Although we live very close (we both live in staten island), he charged me more than her. He also charged us $18.00 in shipping and handeling, when Mr. Levi lives right in manhattan.
I filed a complaint with paypal, ebay, a government site, and also you. I should get a refund, and if I don't, then I will file a complaint with you, against paypal for letting steven levi receive the money before my item was shipped and received.
It is paypal's responsibility to make sure the buyer has received their package before they complete the transaction.
