Cancelled service in April was told dont worry we will send you a box to ship everything back to us in. I asked do i need to pay for shipping they reply no its all taking care of just drop it off at any ups store. August i recieve bill in the mail for $33 for shipping the boxes back to them. When i called them they said I was wrong and they would not waive any fees and the recievers were already in there possession and I had to pay.
